I created Vitality after my own experience with perimenopause showed me how hard it can be to understand what is changing in your body, decide what actually deserves your attention, and know what to do next.
I had been interested in health and fitness for decades, but professionally I spent more than 20 years building and scaling organizations. Over time, I realized that much of my career had been about solving a very similar problem: making sense of complexity, identifying what matters most, and turning that clarity into action.
That insight became the foundation for Vitality.
I believe women deserve support that is evidence-informed without being overwhelming, personalized without being prescriptive, and realistic enough to work alongside careers, families, and full lives. My role is to help you understand your priorities, build a plan around them, and turn that plan into changes you can actually sustain.
